Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.54","heading":"Situs in jurisdiction where trustee not qualified to","body":"act - Powers of trustee.\n\nA trustee, whether an individual or a corporation, shall have\n\nthe power to appoint a natural or corporate trustee to act with\n\nrespect to the portion of the trust estate that has situs in a\n\njurisdiction in which the trustee is not qualified to act and shall\n\nhave the power to remove each such appointee at any time with or\n\nwithout cause.
