A trustee shall invest and manage trust assets as a prudent\n\ninvestor would, by considering the purposes, terms, distribution\n\nrequirements, and other circumstances of the trust. In satisfying\n\nthis standard, the trustee shall exercise reasonable care, skill,\n\nand caution.\n\nB. A trustee's investment and management decisions respecting\n\nindividual assets must be evaluated not in isolation, but in the\n\ncontext of the trust portfolio as a whole and as a part of an\n\noverall investment strategy having risk and return objectives\n\nreasonably suited to the trust.\n\nC. Among circumstances that a trustee shall consider in\n\ninvesting and managing trust assets are those of the following as\n\nare relevant to the trust or its beneficiaries:\n\n1. General economic conditions;\n\n2. The possible effect of inflation or deflation;\n\n3. The expected tax consequences of investment decisions or\n\nstrategies;\n\n4. The role that each investment or course of action plays\n\nwithin the overall trust portfolio, which may include financial\n\nassets, interests in closely held enterprises, tangible and\n\nintangible personal property, and real property;\n\n5. The expected total return from income and the appreciation\n\nof capital;\n\n6. Other resources of the beneficiaries;\n\n7. Needs for liquidity, regularity of income, and preservation\n\nor appreciation of capital; and\n\n8. An asset's special relationship or special value, if any, to\n\nthe purposes of the trust or to one or more of the beneficiaries.\n\nD. A trustee shall make a reasonable effort to verify facts\n\nrelevant to the investment and management of trust assets.\n\nE. A trustee may invest in any kind of property or type of\n\ninvestment consistent with the standards of the Oklahoma Uniform\n\nPrudent Investor Act.\n\nF.
