Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.717","heading":"Exceptions to power of distribution","body":"EXCEPTIONS TO POWER OF DISTRIBUTION\n\nAn authorized trustee shall not exercise a power to distribute\n\nprincipal of a trust under Section 3 or 4 of this act to:\n\n1. Reduce, limit or modify a beneficiary's current, vested\n\nright to:\n\na. receive a mandatory distribution of income or\n\nprincipal,\n\nb. receive a mandatory annuity or unitrust interest,\n\nc. withdraw a percentage of the value of the trust, or\n\nd. withdraw a specified dollar amount from the trust;\n\n2. Materially limit a trustee's fiduciary duty:\n\na. under the terms of the trust, or\n\nb. in a manner that would be prohibited by the Oklahoma\n\nTrust Act, Section 175.1 et seq. of Title 60 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma Prudent Investor Act,\n\nSection 175.60 et seq. of Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, the Oklahoma Principal and Income Act,\n\nSection 175.101 et seq. of Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes or the Oklahoma Charitable Fiduciary Act,\n\nSection 301.1 et seq. of Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n3. Decrease or indemnify against a trustee's liability or\n\nexonerate a trustee from liability;\n\n4. Add a provision exonerating a trustee for failure to\n\nexercise reasonable care, diligence and prudence;\n\n5. Eliminate a provision granting another person the right to\n\nremove or replace the authorized trustee exercising the distribution\n\npower under Section 3 or 4 of this act; or\n\n6.
