Except as provided by subsection B of this section and\n\nunless a court, on application of the authorized trustee, directs\n\notherwise, the trustee shall not exercise a power under Section 3 or\n\n4 of this act solely to change trust provisions regarding the\n\ndetermination of the compensation of any trustee.\n\nB. An authorized trustee, in connection with the exercise of a\n\npower under Section 3 or 4 of this act for another valid and\n\nreasonable purpose, may bring the trustee's compensation into\n\nconformance with reasonable limits authorized by state law.\n\nC. The compensation payable to an authorized trustee of the\n\nfirst trust may continue to be paid to the trustee of the second\n\ntrust during the term of the second trust and may be determined in\n\nthe same manner as the compensation would have been determined in\n\nthe first trust.\n\nD.
