Stat. tit. 60, § 60-175.88","heading":"Applicable trust provisions for beneficiaries holding","body":"support interests.\n\nThe following provisions apply only to trusts with one or more\n\nbeneficiaries holding support interests:\n\n1. The fact that a court would have exercised the distribution\n\npower under a support interest differently than the trustee is not\n\nsufficient reason for interfering with the exercise of the\n\ndistribution power by the trustee. However, a court may review the\n\ndistribution discretion of a trustee if the trustee acts beyond the\n\nbounds of reasonableness;\n\n2. A support interest relies on spendthrift provisions for\n\nprotection of a beneficial interest as well as the additional\n\nprotection provided by protective or restrictive distribution\n\nlanguage under Section 10 of this act;\n\n3. The only exception creditor under the Oklahoma Discretionary\n\nand Special Needs Trust Act is a child of a beneficiary who has a\n\njudgment or court order against the beneficiary for support;\n\n4. As provided by the Oklahoma Discretionary and Special Needs\n\nTrust Act, the sole and exclusive remedy of an exception creditor is\n\nthe attachment of the beneficiary’s support interest at the trust\n\nlevel. The court may limit the amount subject to attachment as\n\nappropriate under the circumstances to provide for the needs of the\n\nbeneficiary and the family of the beneficiary; and\n\n5. A beneficiary holding a support interest has an enforceable\n\nright to a distribution pursuant to a court review.
