Any officer of a school district or county who authorizes\n\nthe participation of the school district or county to participate in\n\na short-term cash management program without the approval of the\n\nOklahoma Commission on School and County Funds Management or who\n\nfraudulently submits any false or misleading information to the\n\nCommission pursuant to Section 177.2 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon\n\nconviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for\n\nnot to exceed one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment,\n\nand shall forfeit and be removed from office pursuant to Section\n\n1181 et seq. of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes or Section 91 et\n\nseq. of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes. In addition, any\n\nprofessional license issued to an officer by a state agency or\n\ninstrumentality who has been convicted of a misdemeanor pursuant to\n\nthis section shall be revoked.\n\nB.
