Stat. tit. 60, § 60-177.4","heading":"Endorsement of short-term cash management program by","body":"corporation, partnership and other entity deriving income from\n\npublic funds - Revocation or forfeiture of certificate.\n\nCorporations, partnerships and other entities which derive\n\nincome from public funds shall be prohibited from endorsing any\n\nshort-term cash management program, as defined by Section 177.2 of\n\nTitle 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and receiving any compensation\n\nfor the endorsement thereof. Any corporation or partnership which\n\nviolates the provisions of this section may have the certificate of\n\nincorporation or certificate of partnership of the entity revoked or\n\nforfeited pursuant to law.
