Stat. tit. 60, § 60-179","heading":"Status of trustee - Liability for acts","body":"The trustee, or trustees, under such an instrument or will shall\n\nbe an agency of the state and the regularly constituted authority of\n\nthe beneficiary for the performance of the functions for which the\n\ntrust shall have been created.
