Any such trust may be terminated by agreement of the\n\ntrustee, or, if there be more than one, then all of the trustees and\n\nthe approval of a majority of the governing body of the beneficiary,\n\nand for trusts whose beneficiary is the State of Oklahoma, with the\n\napproval of the Governor of the State of Oklahoma; provided, that\n\nsuch trust shall not be terminated while there exists outstanding\n\nany contractual obligations chargeable against the trust property,\n\nwhich, by reason of such termination, might become an obligation of\n\nthe beneficiary of such trust.\n\nB.
