Stat. tit. 60, § 60-2005","heading":"Responsibilities to lender","body":"In order to take title pursuant to this act, a museum shall have\n\nthe following obligations to a lender:\n\n1. The museum must keep written records regarding the property\n\nfor at least two (2) years from the date of taking title pursuant to\n\nthis act;\n\n2. The museum must keep written records on all loans acquired.\n\nRecords shall contain the owner's name, address and phone number,\n\nthe duration of the loan period and beginning date of the loan\n\nperiod, as well as an itemized list of property being loaned;\n\n3. The museum is responsible for notifying a lender of the\n\nmuseum's change of address or dissolution;\n\n4. The museum shall inform the lender, at the time the loan is\n\nmade, of state laws governing unclaimed property; and\n\n5.
