Stat. tit. 60, § 60-299.7","heading":"Consent of donor - Writing - Recording","body":"When the consent of the donor, or of any other person, is\n\nrequired by the donor for the exercise of a power of appointment,\n\nthis consent shall be in writing. To entitle the instrument\n\nexercising the power to be recorded, the signature of any person\n\nconsenting shall be acknowledged. If the consent is given in a\n\nseparate instrument, that instrument shall be attached to the\n\ninstrument exercising the power. If any person whose consent is\n\nrequired dies or becomes legally incapable of consenting, the donee\n\nmay exercise the power with the consent of the other person whose\n\nconsent is required.
