Stat. tit. 60, § 60-299.9","heading":"Donee authorized to appoint himself - Creditors - Claims","body":"- Fraudulent conveyances.\n\nWhen a donee is authorized to appoint to himself all or part of\n\nthe property covered by any power of appointment, a creditor of the\n\ndonee may subject to his claim all property which the donee could\n\nthen appoint to himself only to the extent that other property\n\navailable for the payment of his claim is insufficient for such\n\npayment.
