Stat. tit. 60, § 60-301.11","heading":"Applicability of act","body":"Subject to Section 14 of this act, the provisions of this act\n\nshall apply to charitable trusts and fiduciary relationships of\n\ncharitable organizations in existence at the time this act takes\n\neffect or thereafter established and to resolve the uncertainties\n\nsurrounding the administration of charitable trusts by charitable\n\norganizations and the exercise of the fiduciary powers set forth in\n\nthis act.
