Employees, officers, and members of the governing board of\n\nthe charitable organization administering a charitable trust or the\n\ncommon charitable trust fund shall not receive commissions, bonuses,\n\nor other remuneration based on the solicitation of charitable trusts\n\nor investment of assets in the common charitable trust fund.\n\n2.
