Stat. tit. 60, § 60-386","heading":"Allotment of property given without designation of","body":"particular purpose - New allotment.\n\nExcept as may be otherwise provided in Sections 391 through 396\n\nof this title, any real property involved in any gift, testamentary\n\nor otherwise, given to this state for public purposes generally or\n\nwithout designation of any particular purpose to which the same is\n\nto be devoted, when accepted by the Governor and delivered to the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services, as provided for in\n\nSection 383 of this title, and which may be occupied and used\n\nadvantageously, as determined by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services, by a particular state institution, department,\n\nor agency in performing its assigned duties or functions, and any\n\ntangible personal property involved in any gift, testamentary or\n\notherwise, given to this state for public purposes generally or\n\nwithout designation of any particular purpose to which the same is\n\nto be devoted, when accepted by the Governor and delivered to the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services, as provided for in\n\nSection 383 of this title, which is determined to be, by the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services, especially suited to the\n\nspecial needs of a particular state institution, department, or\n\nagency, or may be used advantageously by a particular state\n\ninstitution, department, or agency in performing its assigned duties\n\nor functions, shall be allotted by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services to such state institution, department, or\n\nagency. Any such real property which is not occupied and used, or\n\nthe occupancy and use of which is terminated by the state\n\ninstitution, department, or agency to which it has been so allotted\n\nand which may be occupied and used advantageously, as determined by\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services, by some other\n\nparticular state institution, department, or agency in performing\n\nits assigned duties or functions, and any such tangible personal\n\nproperty which is not used, or the use of which is terminated, by\n\nthe state institution, department, or agency to which it has been so\n\nallotted and which is determined to be, by the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services, especially suited to the special needs of a\n\nparticular state institution, department, or agency, or may be used\n\nadvantageously by some other particular state institution,\n\ndepartment, or agency in performing its assigned duties or\n\nfunctions, shall be allotted by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services to such other state institution, department, or\n\nagency.","path":["OK Code","Title 60"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os60.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"304af253d330a2b76e15b99ab38e580673b029bbb957af52b1a31ad9cf2f6b61","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-60-60-385","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-60-60-387"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
