Stat. tit. 60, § 60-392","heading":"Gift to state, county and city or town deemed to be","body":"intended for public improvements.\n\nAny unconditional gift, testamentary or otherwise, of any\n\nproperty whatsoever to the State of Oklahoma and a county therein\n\nand a city or town within such county, without designation of any\n\nparticular purpose or purposes to which such property is to be\n\ndevoted, shall be construed as being intended for public\n\nimprovements within such town or city and county, including but not\n\nlimited to the construction of public improvements, the purchase of\n\nlands upon which to construct public improvements (or, in the case\n\nof public highways, the purchase of necessary rights-of-way\n\ntherefor), and repairs and additions to existing public\n\nimprovements, within such town or city and county.
