Stat. tit. 60, § 60-49","heading":"Easements attached to land","body":"The following land burdens or servitudes upon land, may be\n\nattached to other land as incidents or appurtenances, and are then\n\ncalled easements:\n\n1. The right of pasture;\n\n2. The right of fishing;\n\n3. The right of taking game;\n\n4. The right-of-way;\n\n5. The right of taking water, wood, minerals, and other things;\n\n6. The right of transacting business upon land;\n\n7. The right of conducting lawful sports upon land;\n\n8. The right of receiving air, light, or heat from or over, or\n\ndischarging the same upon or over land;\n\n9. The right of receiving water from or discharging the same\n\nupon land;\n\n10. The right of flooding land;\n\n11. The right of having water flow without diminution or\n\ndisturbance of any kind;\n\n12. The right of using a wall as a party wall;\n\n13. The right of receiving more than natural support from\n\nadjacent land or things affixed thereto;\n\n14. The right of having the whole of a division fence\n\nmaintained by a coterminous owner;\n\n15. The right of having public conveyances stopped, or of\n\nstopping the same on land;\n\n16. The right of a seat in church;\n\n17. The right of burial; and\n\n18.
