Stat. tit. 60, § 60-49.21","heading":"Enforcement of environmental covenant","body":"ENFORCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL COVENANT.\n\nA. A civil action for injunctive or other equitable relief for\n\nviolation of an environmental covenant may be maintained by:\n\n1. A party to the covenant;\n\n2. The agency or, if it is not the agency, the Department of\n\nEnvironmental Quality;\n\n3. Any person to whom the covenant expressly grants power to\n\nenforce;\n\n4. A person whose interest in the real property or whose\n\ncollateral or liability may be affected by the alleged violation of\n\nthe covenant; or\n\n5. A municipality or other unit of local government in which\n\nthe real property subject to the covenant is located.\n\nB. The Uniform Environmental Covenants Act does not limit the\n\nregulatory authority of the Department of Environmental Quality or\n\nother agency under law other than the Uniform Environmental\n\nCovenants Act with respect to an environmental response project\n\nincluding the authority of the Department of Environmental Quality\n\nprovided in Sections 2-7-123 and 2-15-107 of Title 27A of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
