The Uniform Conservation Easement Act applies to any\n\ninterest created after November 1, 1999, which complies with the\n\nUniform Conservation Easement Act, whether designated as a\n\nconservation easement or as a covenant, equitable servitude,\n\nrestriction, easement, or otherwise.\n\nB. The Uniform Conservation Easement Act applies to any\n\ninterest created before November 1, 1999, if it would have been\n\nenforceable had it been created after November 1, 1999, unless\n\nretroactive application contravenes the constitution or laws of this\n\nstate or the United States.\n\nC.
