Stat. tit. 60, § 60-49.8","heading":"Additional Construction","body":"ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION\n\nUnless the grantor of a conservation easement elects otherwise\n\nat the time of and in the same manner as the grant of the easement:\n\n1. Nothing in this act shall be construed to impair the rights\n\nof a party with respect to the acquisition of rights-of-way,\n\neasements, or other property rights, whether through voluntary\n\nconveyance or eminent domain, upon or under which facilities, plant,\n\nsystem, or other improvements including, but not limited to, a\n\npipeline for transmission, gathering, or transportation of\n\nhydrocarbons are to be constructed; and\n\n2.
