Each unit owner shall be entitled to an undivided interest\n\nin the common elements in the ratio expressed in the declaration.\n\nSuch ratio shall be in the approximate relation that the estimated\n\nfair value upon completion of the unit determined at the date of the\n\ndeclaration bears to the aggregate estimated fair value upon\n\ncompletion of all the units having an interest in such common\n\nelements.\n\nB. The ratio of the undivided interest of each unit owner in\n\nthe common elements as expressed in the declaration shall have a\n\npermanent character and shall not be altered except as specifically\n\nprovided in the declaration pursuant to paragraph (i) of Section 514\n\nof this title, or with the unanimous consent of all unit owners\n\nhaving an interest, expressed in an amended declaration duly\n\nrecorded.\n\nC. The undivided interest in the common elements and limited\n\ncommon elements set aside to the unit, shall not be separated from\n\nthe unit to which same appertains and shall be deemed conveyed or\n\nencumbered with the unit even though such interest is not expressly\n\nmentioned or described in the conveyance or other instrument.
