Deeds conveying unit ownership estates shall be recorded and\n\nshall contain the following particulars:\n\n1. The unit designation, whether contained in the original\n\ndeclaration, or in an amended, restated or supplementary\n\ndeclaration, which shall be identified by date, book and page of\n\nrecording; and\n\n2. Any further details which grantor and grantee may deem\n\ndesirable.\n\nB.
