Stat. tit. 60, § 60-517","heading":"Removal of property from provisions of act","body":"The unit owners, by unanimous action, may remove a property from\n\nthe provisions of this act by an instrument to that effect, duly\n\nrecorded, provided that the holders of all liens affecting any of\n\nthe units consent thereto or agree, in either case by instruments\n\nduly recorded, that their liens be transferred to an undivided\n\ninterest in the property.\n\nUpon removal of the property from the provisions of this act,\n\nthe property shall be deemed to be owned in common by the unit\n\nowners.
