Stat. tit. 60, § 60-521","heading":"Maintenance and examination of books and receipts of","body":"expenditures.\n\nThe administrator, or the board of administration, or other form\n\nof administration specified in the bylaws, shall keep a book with a\n\ndetailed account, in chronological order, of the receipts and\n\nexpenditures affecting the common elements specifying and itemizing\n\nthe maintenance and repair expenses of the common elements and any\n\nother expenses incurred.
