Stat. tit. 60, § 60-522","heading":"Homestead exemptions applicable","body":"\n\nThe laws relating to homestead exemption from taxes by a\n\npolitical subdivision of this state and the laws relative to\n\nhomestead exemption from attachment, execution, or other forced sale\n\nshall be applicable to a unit ownership estate with the same force\n\nand effect as they are now or shall hereafter be applicable to other\n\nestate in real property; and the benefit of homestead exemption\n\nshall extend to the holder of a unit ownership estate in all those\n\ncases where the owner of a single family dwelling would qualify\n\ntherefor.
