Stat. tit. 60, § 60-525","heading":"Joint and several liability of grantor and grantee for","body":"unpaid common expenses.\n\nThe grantee of a unit shall be jointly and severally liable with\n\nthe grantor for all unpaid assessments against the latter for his\n\nproportionate share of the common expenses up to the time of the\n\ngrant or conveyance, without prejudice to the grantee's right to\n\nrecover from the grantor therefor.
