Stat. tit. 60, § 60-528","heading":"Obsolete property","body":"Ninety percent (90%) of the unit owners computed on the basis\n\nset forth in Section 503 of this title may agree that the property\n\nis obsolete in whole or in part and whether or not the same shall be\n\nrenewed and restored or the property sold and the proceeds of sale\n\ndistributed. If such percent of the unit owners agree to renew and\n\nrestore the property, then the expense thereof shall be payable by\n\nall the unit owners as common expenses. If, however, such percent\n\nof the unit owners agree that the property be sold, then the\n\nproperty shall be subject to partition at the suit of any unit\n\nowner, in which event the net proceeds of sale shall be divided\n\namong all the unit owners in proportion to their respective\n\nundivided ownership of the common elements, after first paying off\n\nout of the respective shares of the unit owners, all liens on the\n\nunit of each unit owner except a declarant not making pro rata\n\ncontributions pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 512 of this\n\ntitle shall receive a reduced share of the proceeds in accordance\n\nwith the same formula described in paragraph (j) of Section 514 of\n\nthis title.","path":["OK Code","Title 60"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os60.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e2d564202ece52ab4d17ad10cece701b36a4a2ed20aef13115498a8fee028c2d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-60-60-527","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-60-60-529"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
