By the vesting of the right to the servitude and the right\n\nto the servient tenement in the same person.\n\n2. By the destruction of the servient tenement.\n\n3. By the performance of any act upon either tenement, by the\n\nowner of the servitude, or with his assent which is incompatible\n\nwith its nature or exercise; or,\n\n4. When the servitude was acquired by enjoyment, by disuse\n\nthereof by the owner of the servitude for the period prescribed for\n\nacquiring title by enjoyment.
