Stat. tit. 60, § 60-59.1","heading":"Abstracting easement with mortgage or bond indenture -","body":"Restrictions.\n\nIf a mortgage or bond indenture describes or makes reference to\n\na recorded easement, the abstractor shall identify the mortgage or\n\nbond indenture in the abstract of title, state that the land\n\ndescribed in the abstract of title is subject to the mortgage or\n\nbond indenture, and give the date of the mortgage or bond indenture,\n\nthe book and page of its recording and the book and page of the\n\nrecording of the easement described in said mortgage.
