Stat. tit. 60, § 60-657.3","heading":"Personal property held in safe deposit box or other","body":"safekeeping repository.\n\nAll tangible and intangible personal property held in a safe\n\ndeposit box or other safekeeping repository in this state in the\n\nordinary course of the holder’s business and proceeds resulting from\n\nthe sale of the property permitted by other law, which remain\n\nunclaimed by the owner for more than five (5) years after the lease\n\nor rental period on the box or other repository has expired, are\n\npresumed abandoned.
