Stat. tit. 60, § 60-669","heading":"Control and management of monies in Unclaimed Property","body":"Fund.\n\nThe State Treasurer is hereby vested with authority and the\n\nresponsibility for the control and management of all monies in the\n\nUnclaimed Property Fund as provided for in the Uniform Unclaimed\n\nProperty Act.
