Stat. tit. 60, § 60-671","heading":"Insufficiency of reserve","body":"If, at any time, the reserve as provided for in the Uniform\n\nUnclaimed Property Act is insufficient to pay in full established\n\nclaims, the State Treasurer immediately shall:\n\n1. Redetermine, on the basis of past experience, the percentage\n\nnecessary to be maintained in the reserve; and\n\n2.
