If any claimant asserts an interest in any property\n\ndelivered to the State Treasurer in which the owner of the property\n\nis determined to be deceased, the State Treasurer shall not pay over\n\nor deliver to the claimant property as provided in Section 651 et\n\nseq. of this title, unless the claimant provides a certified copy of\n\ncourt or other lawful documents establishing entitlement to the\n\ndecedents' unclaimed property.\n\nB. If the value of the property at the time the claim is to be\n\npaid is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or more, the claimant\n\nshall provide a certified copy of a record that provides evidence of\n\nthe death of the owner of the property issued by any government\n\nauthority who maintains such records.\n\nC. If the unclaimed property account was previously held by a\n\nbank, credit union, or savings and loan association, a claimant may\n\nuse the small estate affidavit provided for under Section 906 of\n\nTitle 6 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nD.
