The State Treasurer may bring an action in a court of\n\nappropriate jurisdiction to enforce the Uniform Unclaimed Property\n\nAct.\n\nB. The actual cost of any examination or investigation incurred\n\nby the State Treasurer in administering any provision of the Uniform\n\nUnclaimed Property Act may be borne by the holder examined or\n\ninvestigated, provided that in no case may the charges exceed the\n\nvalue of the property found to be reportable and deliverable as a\n\nresult of the examination, and either:\n\n1. A written demand for a report shall have been made and not\n\nforthcoming in time specified in Section 678 of this title;\n\n2. A report has not been received, and the examination or\n\ninvestigation by the State Treasurer establishes that the holder\n\nwillfully or without reasonable cause has failed to report property\n\nreportable under the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act and property\n\nreportable thereunder is discovered by such examination or\n\ninvestigation; or\n\n3. A report has been received and the examination or\n\ninvestigation by the State Treasurer establishes that the holder\n\nwillfully or without reasonable cause has failed to report\n\nadditional property reportable under the Uniform Unclaimed Property\n\nAct.\n\nC.
