Every holder required to file a report under Section 661 of\n\nthis title, as to any property for which it has obtained the last-\n\nknown address of the owner, shall maintain a record of the name and\n\nlast-known address of the owner for ten (10) years after the\n\nproperty is reported, except to the extent that a shorter time\n\nperiod is provided in subsection B of this section or by rule of the\n\nState Treasurer or the holder's regulatory agency or commission.\n\nB.
