Stat. tit. 60, § 60-681","heading":"Promulgation of rules – Continuation of rules in effect","body":"The State Treasurer may promulgate necessary rules to carry out\n\nthe provisions of the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. Promulgation\n\nof any rules shall be in accordance with the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act. Any administrative rules of the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission which are in effect on the date the responsibilities of\n\nthe Uniform Unclaimed Property Act are transferred to the State\n\nTreasurer pursuant to the provisions of subsection D of Section 1 of\n\nthis act.
