Stat. tit. 60, § 60-753","heading":"Time for filing disclaimer","body":"Such disclaimer shall be filed at any time after the creation of\n\nthe interest, but in all events within nine (9) months after the\n\neffective date of the nontestamentary instrument creating the\n\ninterest, or, if the disclaimant is not then finally ascertained as\n\na beneficiary or his interest has not then become indefeasibly fixed\n\nboth in quality and in quantity, such disclaimer shall be filed not\n\nlater than nine (9) months after the event which would cause him so\n\nto become finally ascertained and his interest to become\n\nindefeasibly fixed both in quality and quantity.
