Stat. tit. 60, § 60-754","heading":"Place of filing disclaimer - Delivery of copies - Interest","body":"in real estate.\n\nThe disclaimer defined in Section 751 of this title shall be\n\neffective upon being filed on the miscellaneous docket in the office\n\nof the county clerk of any county of the State of Oklahoma in which\n\nthe district court would have jurisdiction and venue of the matter.\n\nA copy of the disclaimer shall be delivered or mailed to the trustee\n\nof any trust in which the interest disclaimed exists or to any other\n\nperson who has legal title to, or possession of, the property in\n\nwhich the interest disclaimed exists, and no such trustee or person\n\nshall be liable for any otherwise proper distribution or other\n\ndisposition made without actual notice of the disclaimer.
