It is the purpose of this act that airspace shall be subject\n\nto being acquired, held, enjoyed, possessed, alienated, granted,\n\nsold, conveyed, exchanged, transferred, partitioned, assigned,\n\ndemised, leased, released, charged, mortgaged, encumbered, assessed,\n\ndevised, condemned, vacated, zoned, platted, divided, subdivided,\n\nand otherwise utilized and manipulated in the same manner, upon the\n\nsame conditions and for the same uses and purposes as other real\n\nproperty; and airspace shall be subject to the same statutes, rules\n\nof law, and common law as other real property.\n\nB. All of the rights, privileges, immunities, incidents,\n\npowers, remedies, burdens, servitudes, duties, liabilities,\n\nlimitations and restrictions which apply to titles, estates, rights\n\nand interests in other real property shall apply to airspace.\n\nC.
