The state and all of its departments, commissions, agencies,\n\ninstrumentalities, divisions, subdivisions and authorities,\n\nincluding all counties, municipal corporations and governmental\n\nunits of any kind, shall have the same powers, rights and duties\n\nwith respect to airspace as are possessed with respect to other real\n\nproperty.\n\nB.
