Stat. tit. 60, § 60-814","heading":"Right of eminent domain","body":"This act shall not alter, amend, repeal, modify or affect the\n\nlaws of this state providing for the exercise of the power of\n\neminent domain by public or quasi-public agencies, authorities and\n\ninstrumentalities or by private persons, except as may be\n\nspecifically provided herein and except that the power of eminent\n\ndomain may be exercised to condemn and acquire airspace in the same\n\nmanner as provided by law for the acquisition of other real property\n\nor for rights or interests in same.
