A seller should deliver either the disclaimer statement or\n\ndisclosure statement to the purchaser as soon as practicable, but in\n\nany event it shall be delivered before acceptance of an offer to\n\npurchase.\n\nB. If the disclaimer statement or disclosure statement is\n\ndelivered to the purchaser after an offer to purchase has been made,\n\nthe offer to purchase shall be accepted only after the purchaser has\n\nacknowledged receipt of the disclaimer statement or disclosure\n\nstatement and confirmed the offer to purchase.\n\nC. If the seller becomes aware of a defect after delivery to\n\nthe purchaser of either a disclaimer statement or a disclosure\n\nstatement, then the seller shall promptly deliver to the purchaser\n\neither a disclosure statement or an amended disclosure statement\n\nwhich discloses the newly discovered defect. The disclosure\n\nstatement or any amendment shall be in writing and shall be signed\n\nand dated by the seller. However, if the required document is\n\ndelivered to the purchaser after an offer to purchase has been made,\n\nthe offer to purchase shall be accepted only after the purchaser has\n\nacknowledged receipt of the required document and confirmed the\n\noffer to purchase.\n\nD. The purchaser shall acknowledge in writing receipt of the\n\ndisclaimer statement or the disclosure statement and any amendment\n\nto the disclosure statement. The purchaser shall sign and date any\n\nacknowledgment. Such acknowledgment should accompany the offer to\n\npurchase the property.
