Stat. tit. 60, § 60-856","heading":"Enforcement of restrictions and covenants","body":"Any person owning property in a real estate development shall be\n\nentitled to bring action against any other person owning property in\n\nsuch development to enforce any of the restrictions or covenants of\n\nthe real estate development which are specified by the covenants or\n\nrestrictions.
