Stat. tit. 61, § 61-103.7","heading":"Contracts related to fish and wildlife conservation","body":"For purposes of the provisions of the Public Competitive Bidding\n\nAct of 1974, contracts entered into solely for projects and\n\nactivities by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation\n\nrelating to fish and wildlife conservation shall be let and awarded\n\nusing the competitive bidding process as set forth in the Public\n\nCompetitive Bidding Act of 1974.
