Stat. tit. 61, § 61-105","heading":"Contents of bid notices","body":"All bid notices shall set forth the following information:\n\n1. The character of the proposed public construction contract\n\nin sufficient details that all bidders shall know exactly what their\n\nobligation will be, either in the bid notice itself or by reference\n\nto bidding documents available to the public; and\n\n2. The name of the officer, agent or employee of the awarding\n\npublic agency and the office location and address of such person,\n\nfrom whom a complete set of bidding documents regarding such\n\nproposed contract may be obtained, together with the amount of the\n\ncost deposit required therefor, if any; and\n\n3. The date, time and place of opening of the sealed bids\n\neither in person or electronically; and\n\n4. The name and office location and address of the office of\n\nthe awarding public agency to whom the sealed bids should be\n\nsubmitted or information sufficient to enable a bid to be submitted\n\nelectronically; and\n\n5.
