The nature of any partnership, joint venture or other\n\nbusiness relationships then in effect or which existed within one\n\n(1) year prior to the date of such statement with the architect,\n\nengineer or other party to the project;\n\n2. Any such business relationship then in effect or which\n\nexisted within one (1) year prior to the date of such statement\n\nbetween any officer or director of the bidding company and any\n\nofficer or director of the architectural or engineering firm or\n\nother party to the project; and\n\n3. The names of all persons having any such business\n\nrelationships and the positions they hold with their respective\n\ncompanies or firms.
