Stat. tit. 61, § 61-115","heading":"Collusion among bidders or material suppliers","body":"Any agreement or collusion among bidders, prospective bidders or\n\nmaterial suppliers in restraint of freedom of competition by\n\nagreement to bid at a fixed price or to refrain from bidding, or\n\notherwise, shall render the bids of such bidders void. Persons\n\nwillfully violating this section shall be guilty of a Class D1\n\nfelony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. Each bidder shall accompany the bid with a sworn\n\nstatement that the bidder has not been a party to any such\n\nagreement.
