The Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 shall not apply\n\nto contracts awarded or contracts for which bids are solicited by\n\nCompSource Oklahoma if CompSource Oklahoma is operating pursuant to\n\na pilot program authorized by Sections 3316 and 3317 of Title 74 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
