Stat. tit. 61, § 61-208.1","heading":"Contracting for construction services - Fee","body":"The Office may collect a reasonable fee for the purpose of\n\nproviding or contracting for architectural, engineering, land\n\nsurveying, planning, real estate and related services to state\n\nagencies and political subdivisions of the state, and from persons\n\nrequesting plans and notification of solicitations issued by the\n\nOffice. The Office may collect a reasonable fee for management\n\nservices. Annual fees to the Office shall be on a cost-recovery\n\nbasis and may be calculated as a percentage of annual construction\n\nand real estate services in an amount necessary to support the\n\nOffice's operations.
