Stat. tit. 61, § 61-208.2","heading":"State Construction Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, to be\n\ndesignated the \"State Construction Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all funds appropriated by the Legislature for\n\nprojects included in the annual capital plan; funds from\n\nnonappropriated sources designated for projects within a capital\n\nplan; allocations from an approved annual capital plan designed for\n\nassessment and planning services; allocations from an approved\n\nannual capital plan for emergency response in accordance with\n\nSection 130 of this title; and fees collected by the Office in\n\naccordance with the provisions of this section or as otherwise\n\nprovided by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office.\n\nThe fund shall be used to pay expenses resulting from contracts\n\nawarded by the Office and to defray Office operating costs and\n\nexpenses the Office incurs to support construction-related\n\noperations.
